The convergence of multiple Walsh-Fourier series of functions of  bounded generalized variation is investigated. The sufficient and necessary conditions on the sequence $\Lambda =\{\lambda_{n} \}$ are found for the convergence of multiple Walsh-Fourier  series of functions of bounded partial $\Lambda $-variation.
