We establish a generalized weighted transplantation theorem for Laguerre function expansions, which extends the corresponding result by G. Garrig\'os et al. "A sharp weighted transplantation theorem for Laguerre function expansions'' (J. Funct Anal. 244 (2007), pp. 247-276).
